Chess Crusade is a captivating and challenging game that combines the familiar elements of chess with exciting new features. It offers a fresh experience for both curious beginners and seasoned deck-builders. Prepare to be amazed by the powerful new character pieces, such as Nightrider, Archbishop, and Angel, that will enhance your gameplay in stunningly colorful worlds.

Checkmate is just the beginning in Chess Crusade. Your strategy continues even after a game ends. Refine your deck, experiment with different opening line-ups, plan your character upgrades, redeem rewards, and aim to unlock the nearly unstoppable Angel. The more you play, the stronger you become.

The gameplay starts with a few pieces, so choose wisely or risk a short-lived game. Each turn survived earns you more Material and allows you to spawn strategic new pieces from your battle complement. But be aware, the game can change in an instant—your opponent's next move might surprise you. Saving up gold can result in a powerful Angel appearing on the board, ready to wreak havoc.

Between games, you can build up your deck in Chess Crusade. With four card slots available for Chess Crusade pieces, you have the opportunity to upgrade pawns to Rangers, sanctify your Archbishop, or execute a brutal Rook Rush play.

Chess Crusade draws inspiration from traditional chess with characters like the bishop, rook, knight, pawns, and queen protecting the king. However, in this game, they have evolved into bigger, better, and faster counterparts. Discover the Ranger's awesome hat and freedom of movement, the Priest shadowing the bishop with a smaller ante, the Tower training to become a rook with an unwavering spirit, the delicate yet deadly Princess guarding the throne, the Nightrider serving in the king's special forces with sneak-attack range, the battle machine Crusader balancing long-range straight lines with a hooked-L surprise, the holier and more corrupt Archbishop with a staggering 20-position reach, and the terrifying Angel.

Chess Crusade offers different pacing options to cater to your preferred style of play. Engage in ranked PvP games or casual PvE games at your own tempo. Take your time and strategize as a Sloth, play calculated rounds within 15 minutes, or increase the intensity with turns every minute.

Form alliances with friends or challenge foes from the global leaderboard as you embark on your Crusade. You can even spectate live games that your friends are playing or learn from the top players in the kingdom.

Earn exquisite new themes to enhance your battles in various worlds. Immerse yourself in the delightful Queen's Meadow or brace for the fiery Lava Flows, all while plotting sacrifices and contemplating ultimate endgames.

Customize your gaming experience by acquiring avatars, card pieces, and taunts like "Bean slouch!" from the shoppe using gems.
